Payment

We accept credit/debit card payment through Paypal.

Paypal act as our card processor and is a secure well known and trusted payment gateway,you don't have to have an account with Paypal at all to pay with your credit/debit card

If choosing to pay using Paypal Express checkout then please do check and we politely ask that your address details are up to date.
We cannot obviously be held responsible if customers address details are not kept up to date, thank for your understanding.

Delivery

We Offer Free delivery on everything, so no hidden checkout surprises

We dispatch orders every weekday excluding weekends and bank holidays etc.

All orders placed before 10.00am we endeavor to post the very same day

Delivery times after dispatch are approx 3-5 working days ( excluding day of purchase weekends and bank holidays)on average, some may arrive sooner, a small percentage of parcels may just take a little longer.

Please allow for as much time as possible for your parcel to arrive. We do offer free delivery so please bear in mind this is not an express service.  That said most do arrive in good time but being honest, basic delivery can in small cases take longer than estimated.

If you need a faster express service please contact us prior to purchase for up to date rates.

We use the Royal Mail for delivery so most purchases will arrive with your regular post person.

On the whole the Royal Mail is an excellent delivery service where most free delivery purchases do arrive quite quickly within the RM delivery time frame.

The Royal Mails delivery conditions to state that should a parcel not arrive after 15 working days then we can request full support from them in locating any late deliveries.(This situation is extremely rare thought)

We do politely ask our customers to ensure they provide correct details as regards addresses for delivery that are their exact correct address details including correct postcode which match Royal Mail delivery addresses.
Incorrect delivery details may delay or make difficult or impossible for your postman to deliver, hence we cannot be responsible in any way for incorrect delivery information supplied.

Currently we can only ship within the U.K.
