General
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible Monday to Friday.Most orders placed before 10.00pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched that day,however we do always ask to allow for 24 hours for dispatch during normal working hours or longer if needed should a product be out of stock or unavailable
Should after purchase any item be out of stock due to human or technical error,we will inform you as soon as possible with a back order date or offer an alternative or full refund if preferred.
Once purchases are dispatched it is in agreement from both purchaser and ourselves that the delivery service used is responsibility for delivery times and it is the responsibility of each purchaser to fully understand delivery procedures,it is the responsibility of our customer to choose the correct delivery method for their requirements
Mail normally as a guideline arrive within 1-4 working days,however please be aware that the royal mail do ask for as long as 15 working days for first class mail to be delivered after posting
It may be possible to submit a claim for compensation should the mail services fail to deliver within there guidelines set above
It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that they are able to take delivery of purchases sent by mail order.
It is the full responsibility of all customer to provide us with the exact and correct delivery details as recommended by the Royal Mail,this includes correct building number and the full correct postcode..Failure to supply the correct address and shipping details will be deemed as a customer error where we cannot be held liable in anyway.
We cannot unfortunately put any alternate delivery instructions on parcels for security reasons,also we are not permitted to ask delivery drivers to telephone customers on arrival with their delivery.
We reserve the right to refund purchases prior to dispatch where we cannot 100% determine that a customer will be able to take deliver of their purchase safely or if we are unable to determine a correct accessible delivery address
We cant be held liable in anyway for delay in delivery resulting due to the mail/courier service used as we have no control over deliver once parcels are dispatched,especially in instances such as extreme weather conditions, flood, snow and ice whereby this would obstruct and/or delay parcels in transit
We use Royal Mail services for the majority of our parcel deliveries and follow there terms and conditions to the full as regards delivery procedure,for lost or delayed parcels then we and the purchaser must wait 15 working days in most U.K cases before making a claim for loss. The customer must contact us should there parcel not have arrived within a recommend time after dispatch,after The Royal Mail have made adequate enquiries and confirm mail loss or similar, we will either send a replacement if available or refund in full at the buyers request and choice but we will ask for an email statement,stating they have not received there purchase and have checked with there local sorting office to see if their parcel is awaiting redelivery instructions, failure to do this will not allow us to proceed with a claim for loss therefore unable to refund or replace the said lost parcel.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by telephoning or emailing us. You can also cancel at any time after the product has been dispatched but no later than 7 days after receiving your order
You may return your order for a full refund of product price paid at purchase within 14 days of purchase providing the product has not be used and the product and packaging is returned in the same condition as purchased,refunds for returns exclude postal costs incurred.
Should you need to return a purchase then its important that you notify us first by email so that we can issue you a returns number so that your return can be dealt with as soon as possible,without a returns number this could cause a delay in processing returns
For returns please follow our returns procedure:-
1 Email us first for confirmation(please do not just send parcel back to us without first contacting us)a returns number will then be issued and returns address,this is essential
2 Once you have received your returns number then simply post back your parcel to the address provided
3 We strongly recommend you see a recorded or signed for service,we cannot be held responsible for parcel returned to us that are not trackable
4 We will refund all returns within an hour of return and all the correct contents and documentation
We try ensure that all prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund
The price match promise applies to prices compared against U.K based bona fide websites only.We will refund any price difference if an identical product is found to be cheaper and we are notified within 24 hours after purchases and supplied with the full URL of the cheaper product.The prices compared must include both normal standard selling price per single unit product price and first class delivery costs totalled together from both our site and the other site in question.Exclusions to this price match promise are competitors discounts,sales,voucher/coupon discounts or any other means of selling below there normal standard selling price of the product in question.Also excluded are auction websites or similair

It is the responsibility of each customer to provide the correct details at checkout upon ordering, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of purchases ordered
We do endeavour to describe and use images as best as possible to each realated product,but does not accept liability for any errors,omissions,colour differences due to new fabrics being used,or monitor screen difference
Should you receive goods that you didn't order or are damaged upon delivery,we shall correct the error as soon as possible providing you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email or telephone,this does not at all affect your statutory rights
